Welcome to Broad Water Connect. We are a non-business entity that is dedicated to creating a cultural exchange program between children in the USA and Senegal. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Please read this section carefully before using our website or participating in our programs.
Participating in the program is strictly volunteer. No one will be compensated financially or otherwise for participating.
Gift exchanges must take place through specified times that are mandated by the program. if No one should make requests for, or send gifts or money, to their pen pal or pen pals' family.
If there is a breakdown in the communication between pen-pals, the program administrators should be notified.
Participants in the US will provide one gently used gift or a new gift with a letter to the recipient.
